Before co-founding Amity with Harrison Wreschner, Joe ran a company that primarily developed residential properties in New York City. Projects ranged from workforce housing in underserved submarkets to luxury condos in Manhattan.
Prior real estate investment and development roles include working at Related Capital, Jonathan Rose Companies, CIM Group, Zeckendorf Development, and Maxx Properties.
Any sport that involves a racket, Joe plays it: squash, tennis, badminton, you name it.
He earned his BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
